We arrived late and there were still vacancies in the store. Seeing that we had children with us, they upgraded us to a larger room. It was bright and comfortable. The whole hotel feels warm and cozy. The only drawback is that the store has to put some effort into soundproofing, and the soundproofing strips don't feel very effective. Living next to the stairs on the second floor, I was woken up by guests talking loudly in the lobby at around 7 o'clock in the morning and I didn't go back to sleep. See if you can add a door to the upper floor. It can be closed early in the morning or late at night when no one is coming in or out. I prefer the suggestions given by the hotel, I hope the store owner doesn't mind. Overall the hotel is great. Very attentive and the stay was very comfortable.
