Atour Hotels in Guilin

Location:5 Service:5 Health:5 Facilities:5 Atour Hotel provides a comfortable stay to get a good sleep. The facilities are also very good, parking is convenient, there is a laundry room, and breakfast is rich. The service was thoughtful and helped us upgrade the room type, the room was large. Especially the front desk lady Yunfei Luoqi is warm and caring, because the luggage is stored before the morning, and the luggage is picked up for dinner. I know that we are going to the airport early. We have to open a room for us to rest. We don’t want to bother us to go directly to the airport. Before leaving, we also took the initiative to send 3 bottles of water and took a bottle. Thanks to the two front desk ladies, I will go out to Atour in the future. Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo of the hotel this time.

The hotel location and the city was a pleasant surprise. The area is bustling with activity and things to see. The hotel was very clean and well maintained and I noticed small details which were being addressed. The staff were helpful logging me into the internet because I didn’t have a local number. I would suggest giving your foreign guests printed information in English/other upon arrival so that important orientation details are not overlooked.

The first hotel I stayed at in Guangxi was at Gongnong Bridge. I came here for Atour. Just opened, the room is clean and sanitary, and other facilities are good. There are two points that I am not very satisfied with: 1. The towel is of poor quality. It is very new but sheds a lot. When I use it, a lot of hair floats in the air. 2. Although Yaduo is a business hotel, it is located in a scenic area after all. It is best to know about the surrounding food, drink and entertainment projects so that you can better serve the guests.

I didn't expect to be able to stay in such a great hotel at this price! The room is spacious and bright, the layout is warm, and the hygiene is impeccable. The breakfast is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western, and the taste is also very good. The location is excellent, close to the scenic area and the business district, and it is super convenient for travel and shopping. The key service is also very good, and the price-performance ratio is really unbeatable. I will recognize this hotel when I come here in the future, and I strongly recommend it to everyone! When I left the store, Miss Zhiyi also gave me souvenirs and water attentively, and said goodbye very politely, so touching!

It's my first time to stay in Atour Hotel, and I decided to stay another day, and I'm so happy to make the right selection. From the font desk staffs, and even the room helper 水諾，they are so kind to help to make our stay comfortably. The breakfast is good enough, plenty of water and coffee, nice supper until 11pm, efficient laundry area. T/F, I will try other Atour hotel in different regions and hopefully they all have the same standard.

The hotel is very clean and tidy, very good and affordable. I will come back to stay here again and will recommend it to my friends and family. The girl at the front desk is very nice and friendly, and she takes everything into consideration for the travelers.

The environment is very good, because it is to take children to travel.The front desk is also very nice. I upgraded my room and had a good time. I especially recommend it.
