Hotels near Yuexiu Yitan in Guangzhou

Super good location, easy access to everything: direct train from Guangzhou South station, metro and buses right in front. The most tourist road just in walking distance. Good food in the surroundings as well. Don’t except amazing facilities though, it’s quite old and very basic equipment.

Pros: location was great, about 10-15 mins walk to Beijing Pedestrian Street for shopping. The popular Guangzhou Restaurant chain has a location in the building next door on the 5th floor. Hotel breakfast was decent, with a combination of Chinese and some western dishes. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Cons: the sink in the hotel room leaked water all over the floor so the hotel moved us to another room on the same floor. We stayed for 2 nights - someone rang our doorbell at around 11+pm the first night, and no one responded when we asked. On the second night, someone rang our doorbell about 3 times, around 11+pm, 12+am and 4/5am, which was disconcerting and a major disturbance when we were trying to sleep. We provided feedback to the hotel when we checked out, hopefully the hotel will enhance the hotel security.

This is my first time to stay in One&One, even though I've been staying in other hotel management from the same building with different floor. As a frequent traveller, my highest priority will be location and cleanliness. Location: 5 out of 5 (3 minutes walk from subway station, lots of restaurants around the area, shopping area, Pekking Street) Cleanliness: 3 out of 5 (some hair observed from the floor) Highly recommended for this hotel for both business and leisure oriented visitors.

It’s really convenient. When you get downstairs, you’ll find Beijing Road Pedestrian Street across the street. You can buy, buy or eat everything nearby. The hotel provides free parking, but it’s not in the same building. You can park it in the Jiedeng Metropolis parking lot behind it. , it’s not far to walk here, it’s highly recommended if you come here to play!

It was great to be able to make last minute cancellations due to changes in travel plans. The hotel reservations comes with fee breakfast making it convenient. The downside to this hotel is that it is located on level 5 and the only access is through the lift. It gets crowded during peak periods and the wait for the lift can be rather long. Hope that there is ample escape routes in the vent of fire. Nice lounge area.

Room is very spacious, projection TV is great. However I felt if a Queen bed instead of King bed is used, would give a bit more walking space around the bed. Cleaning staff and check in staff are friendly and helpful. 2 in 1 Washer n Dryer is useful but needs to look into maintenance. It was dirty inside the drum. I ran a tub clean function and wiped down the washer door and seal. I then let it dry for a day before using.

We have been to more than 20 places in the past 4 years and can honestly say that this hotel has the worst sound insulation. Whether the sound insulation is good or not has nothing to do with the price. We have booked more than 300 hotels in other cities that are also good. The door of this house is so heavy that you don’t even have to close it yourself, you just close it with a loud sound! It's hard to open the door, it's too heavy and too tight! Although the problem is mostly due to the boss's good attitude and helping to listen to the sounds and change pillows, I will give 4 points, otherwise it will be 2-3 points! There is too little toothpaste and it disappears after just squeezing it. Unlike other people's homes where the toothpaste tube is relatively long and contains more toothpaste, you can brush it once and then brush it again after eating. If your teeth are wide and big, this little bit of toothpaste won’t be enough. Ha ha The second question is, boss, you need to consider that you need to install a screen window in each room. It is not a matter of which city. No matter which city it is, the window must be opened to let in the air. You can't always close the door and close the window. Don't dare to open it. Oh, that night, I drove in for five minutes and came in and the two mosquito bites were unbearable. And then there is the water valve on the sink. You should leave a bigger space for the upper part, otherwise it will easily touch it when you open it. The sound near the mirror is very loud, which disturbs others and makes them uncomfortable to listen to. I personally think there is a big problem with this design. Hey, say whatever you want. I hope I can come and stay after the renovation, but these two problems are really problems 😁 There are no other problems. The attitude and service are very good, and then there is the sound , the boss will come over personally to listen to what the sound is and solve it for you. The hot water for bathing is particularly good, and the toilet is also heated by a smart toilet. There are free instant noodles, snacks, and potato chips. Mineral water and two bottles of mineral water are placed in the refrigerator. If you don't use a hot water kettle anymore, buy a foldable hot water kettle. The location of this hotel is very good, on the Beijing Street Pedestrian Street. Everything downstairs is delicious.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here — the construction during the period only affected us on our first day (cleaning of windows). It was the NYE/New Year’s period and the Beijing Road area was always bustling and crowded but the security here did their jobs well. The room facilities are also new and clean. Only downside was the hdmi port of the TV wasn’t really accessible, but Apple TV casting could be used. The security was also friendly to us as we had some parcels throughout our stay. Oh and, Mcdonalds and Chagee (and many other malls) are located right beside the hotel — score!
