had such an amazing stay at this hotel! The room is super clean, spacious and quiet, with an incredibly comfortable bed. All the facilities are in great condition, and everything feels warm and cozy. What impressed me the most is the wonderful service. The staff are all so nice, friendly and attentive. They’re always ready to help and respond to every need patiently. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. Overall, the whole experience was fantastic and way beyond my expectations. Great hygiene, perfect service and a lovely environment. I absolutely love this hotel and will definitely come back again. Highly recommend to everyone!

The complimentary shuttle service can be booked in advance. When I checked in, the front desk attendant was not only quick but, knowing I had an early train the next morning, specifically arranged a quiet room close to the elevator. They even prepared a packed breakfast for me in advance – such attention to detail is truly unbeatable! The next day, the shuttle driver was waiting right on time, and seeing I was alone, he kindly helped me put my suitcase in the trunk. There's a small convenience store next to the hotel where I bought instant noodles and fruit for my journey the next day, which was incredibly convenient. About 100 meters away, there's a fish noodle shop with amazing food, and a few Hunan restaurants nearby that are also quite good.

Great review! The hotel's location is excellent, right near the subway station and within walking distance (though I'd advise against using Exits G or H unless you're on Line 14).
