The hotel is at the exit of Xiayuan Subway Station. The parking lot is full and it is very convenient to travel. The front desk staff and room cleaners at the hotel have a good service attitude, will say hello politely, and take the initiative to ask if you need help, very intimate. The interior facilities of the room are complete, the weather is hot and the refrigerator is very nice, the bed is very comfortable and sleeps well. The price of a double bed room is more than 300 a night, which is still cost-effective for the May Day holiday. The external road is under construction even at night, which will affect a little experience. Overall, it is still not bad!

I arrived at the hotel after concert on 21st Oct 2023, overall experience was ok, during check in staff have a little trouble to located my booking due to i book the hotel in using English, not a big problem but its a little weird as my name both Chinese and English's were shown on my ID card, as my booking reference were also shown during check in. The room is spacious and comfortable, ordered take away and it will delivered to your room, the robot is cute and is pleasure to see automated system so you no need to have to leave your room and go down to get your orders, everything is clean, tidy and trouble free in the room, i had a really good night rest and was recharged on the next day, the only down side is that the TV are all Chinese channel - it would be lovely if it can have 1 or 2 foreign channel as well ! Upon check out the staff were very friendly with a warm smile which gave me a head start of a positive day, keep it up Hilton i will return next time !
