Pros: The location is decent. It's within walking distance to Yongqing Fang and less than a 10-minute walk to the subway station, which offers convenient access to most attractions. It's also affordable. As we're a family of three adults and one child, we needed a family room, and no other proper hotels in the area offered a similar price point. Being a chain brand, it's at least not as questionable as some smaller guesthouses in the same price range; it's acceptable. Cons: I finally understand why chains like Atour and Huazhu are more expensive, even in similar locations – it's all about the service! I've been spoiled by these chain brands over the years, thinking all hotels offered great service, but that's clearly not the case. The staff here gave me the impression that they simply didn't want to be at work. The front desk guy was polite, but he exuded a strong 'I don't want to be here' vibe – not warm at all. You had to ask for everything; kids' slippers and toiletries weren't offered proactively, and they didn't have a bag when I asked for one. I encountered front desk staff, cleaning ladies, and security guards, and not a single person smiled. It felt like everyone was very unhappy to be at work 🫤. Over three days, I only heard 'hello' once. Of course, there's nothing inherently wrong with that, but it's a stark contrast to my experiences with other brands… It is cheap, after all… Also, the room window was tiny. A small opening on such a large wall, like feeding pigeons. But then again, it was cheap.

The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in very efficient. The room design is modern and it was spotlessly clean, with comfortable bedding that ensured a great night's sleep. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water was plentiful and consistent.

Fantastic hotel! Excellent value for money! It's perfect for families visiting Chimelong Safari Park. All the facilities are well-equipped and very user-friendly! I diligently did my laundry every day, washing and drying my clothes. The coffee in the lobby was also great! The staff were warm and attentive, and incredibly friendly to my child. The surrounding amenities are comprehensive; we could easily buy whatever food we wanted, and the robot delivery service was very prompt! Our stay at this hotel was a perfect experience, definitely a five-star recommendation! When I stayed here, the hotel lobby felt very upscale. The front desk staff were friendly, and the lounge area was spacious with plenty of sofas and desks, plus free coffee and a tea station. The hotel also offered a free laundry service, which was fantastic – a dedicated housekeeping attendant handles it, making it very convenient. There was breakfast available, but I didn't get a chance to try it this time, maybe next time! The room was quiet, and there were lots of amenities nearby, including a snack street. The room itself was clean and hygienic. This was my first time staying at this newly opened hotel with a friend, and overall, it was a great experience. It's very close to the nearest metro station, just a few minutes' walk. I had a really good trip this time and would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

My colleagues and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Guangzhou. The staff was incredibly polite and attentive, always going above and beyond to meet our needs. The hotel was spotlessly clean, making our stay very comfortable. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the coffee and tea were always available and excellent. The location is convenient with a variety of restaurants. After returning from the Canton Fair, we appreciated the snacks provided in the shuttle bus and the hotel. There is an open space area on the 6th floor to relax and hang out. Having washing and drying machines is also amazing. Having stayed in many hotels across China, I can confidently say this one stands out as one of the best. Highly recommended! Thank you for everything.
