Breakfast is not included, and it is far from the subway. You have to walk to the bus station to transfer. But the surrounding supermarkets, hospitals and restaurants are complete. It is recommended to go out after 7:30 for breakfast, because it really doesn't open that early! There is a terrace on the 8th floor where you can dry your clothes. I initially ordered one without windows, but as soon as I walked in, a terrible smell hit my nostrils! I did not hesitate to change to a room with a city view. The sanitation was good and the stay was comfortable. I also changed to a room with breakfast included. The breakfast options are not many, but it can fill my stomach! The heating is adjusted to 21 degrees, and when I look back 20 minutes later, the temperature is higher than the original temperature. I don't know what happened! TV cannot be watched!

In a small park, there is an IKEA next to it, but obviously I don’t have time to go shopping. The guy and girl at the front desk were enthusiastic and professional. Overall, I felt good. The room was relatively large and the bed was comfortable. It is very close to Chimelong. There are Taotaoju and Wentong Bingshi within three kilometers, which is very convenient for eating and other things. There are not many parking spaces at the door, only about four or five, but I was very lucky and parked in them all hahaha

Xiaofeng and Yuanyuan at the front desk provide attentive service. The room is very tidy and has many small designs. The mix of modern and simple designs is refreshing. The room is fully equipped and very new, and the smart toilet is great. Personal test, the pictures on the app are not rendered, the scene looks almost like that, a bit French retro feeling, I like the color of the wooden floor. Another hidden advantage is that there are many barbecue restaurants and supper bars downstairs (but this may be a disadvantage😁)

The service from entry with Alice was welcoming and great waiting hall, with special drinks and treats which is refreshing after hot days. The hotel is easy to locate through Wechat when you need to book for pick up services and also the hall is great where you can have your food delivered too. Hotel has a self laundry area on the 10/F perfect cause we had a family and two little toddlers, so many clothes, this was super useful. Breakfast had their options and the service of the staff there again super efficient and helpful. We would stay there is you had things to do at Chimelong, efficient within 20 mins ride. Everything else to the city took 45 mins to an hour. We would recommend this hotel cause there is a huge shopping mall with multiple food options within 30 mins walk.
