I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is truly unbeatable – conveniently close to all the main attractions, shopping, and dining, which made exploring the city so easy. The room and common areas were spotless, and I really appreciated the attention to cleanliness throughout the property. What made the experience even better was the staff – always friendly, warm, and ready to help with any request. Their genuine hospitality made me feel very welcome. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for both comfort and convenience.

Pros: 1. Near to the metro station: Tian Ping Jia 2. Hotel staff arranged for us to check in early which is about 3.5hrs ahead. 3. The room is spacious. 4. They upgraded the room for us. (: Cons: 1. Room abit old, mouldy ceiling at our room 2. Aircon not cold However, for the cost, I think it is still acceptable (:

My two-day stay was excellent. The area around the hotel is very well-connected, with plenty of entertainment and dining options. Thanks to Kecun Metro Station, most places in Guangzhou are reachable within 40 minutes, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. A big plus was the in-room projector, which came with a premium membership, offering a wide selection of content. The cleanliness was consistently good, as expected. I'll definitely consider staying here again if I'm in the area. There's also a cinema nearby, perfect for a relaxing day off. They offer convenient robot delivery for takeaways directly to your room, and there's a self-service laundry room and a gym available on-site. If you wish to access the rooftop terrace, it's best to inquire with a staff member.

The second stay at this hotel. The rooms are decent and spacious with good beds and nice decorations. The in room fridge with a choice of free drinks is very nice and a big plus as this is quite rare to see. Cleaning does happen only partially and just in the bathroom and dirt on the floor was not removed. Could be improved. The breakfast offers a good and wide choice of fresh items, good coffee and is definitely an advantage for this hotel. When we used the laundry facilities in the hotel some hotel staff member put all clothes without any selection in the dryer on high temperature. It was just luck we saw this quickly, otherwise synthetics clothes, dresses and socks would have been irreversibly damaged. This is completely unacceptable and should never happen and this is why I can rate the service as not good at all. After we complained we were offered a room upgrade which was not convenient for us. Due to this incident I currently cannot recommend this hotel any more.

Many thanks to Camellia and her team for arranging a non-smoking room for me and allowing me to check out slightly late when I fell sick after catching seasonal bug during my business trip.

I had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Paco Hotel. The location is excellent — close to popular shopping areas and key city landmarks. There’s also a beautiful park right in front of the hotel, perfect for a peaceful stroll. The price is very reasonable considering the quality of service. The hotel is clean, quiet, and offers a nice breakfast along with laundry service, which made my stay even more convenient. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and well-located place to stay. A special thank you to the two amazing staff members: Shi Chao Zhu and Hua Dan Deng They were incredibly polite, respectful, and genuinely kind. Their warm and professional attitude made me feel very welcomed. Having them as part of the team added a personal and friendly touch to my whole experience. I’m truly grateful for their support.

My recent stay at Paiko Ya Hotel on Longkou West Road, while I was in Guangzhou for my US visa interview, was absolutely fantastic. I couldn't wait to write this review to praise it! **Facilities:** The hotel's facilities are excellent. While it may not be ultra-luxurious, the rooms are decorated very cozily and comfortably. My only minor suggestion would be for the bathroom faucets to be a little longer. The hotel lobby is elegantly furnished and feels quite upscale, and the air conditioning was perfectly cool and comfortable. **Cleanliness:** Cleanliness here is top-notch. The sheets and duvet covers were spotless. Even the daily complimentary slippers and tea bags were of good quality. **Location:** The location is fantastic. A metro station is less than a ten-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. There are also plenty of dining options right around the hotel. **Service:** The service here truly deserves special mention. The staff members are all well-presented, incredibly polite, and provide warm, attentive, and thoughtful service. They were always eager to assist with any request.

Been staying here for over 10 years now , 4 times at time per year. Good location lots of restaurants nearby, and shopping mall in front. 1 halal restaurant 2 minutes walk on the left. Staff always smiling and friendly.

Overall, I had a pleasant experience at this hotel during my trip. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I had a really good night's sleep. Both check-in and check-out processes at the front desk were very efficient, and the staff were friendly and enthusiastic. They also provided great recommendations for nearby attractions and good restaurants.

The hotel scored top marks for facilities, cleanliness, ambiance, and service. I even accidentally broke the window handle, and they didn't charge me for it. The room was spotless, spacious, and bright, equipped with a fridge stocked with complimentary drinks and mineral water. The freezer compartment also worked well, capable of freezing ice packs. The buffet breakfast was excellent, featuring freshly ground coffee. However, I must give a strong negative review to the Guangzhou Municipal Government. There was constant drilling and digging at the subway station right outside the hotel, even in the middle of the night. During my first stay, construction only went until 11 PM, so I expected the same. But this time, the loud rumbling continued until 2 or 3 AM, causing severe disturbance. Complaints proved futile. I checked on Xiaohongshu and saw that many local residents are equally bothered, and their complaints have also fallen on deaf ears. Since I complained at night, staff could only address it the following day, leaving me absolutely furious and on edge all night! It's truly infuriating!
