Mo Niang Home

I took my kids out for fun during the holidays, and accidentally found Mo Niang's Home B&B online. It is my favorite B&B style, a bit like the B&B inns in Lijiang, but also has the unique style of Lingnan, Guangdong. On the hillside of Tianhougong scenic spot, the B&B and the surrounding environment are very good. The waiters and sisters are very kind. The boss even added WeChat in advance to facilitate communication about check-in and other issues. The scenery from the room will be amazing. The fresh air, the fragrance of birds and flowers, the small bridge and flowing water... It is far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is suitable for cultivating the body and mind. Children like it very much.

I love this hotel and the location. The hotel staff is very helpful, welcoming, and willing to go the extra mile for their visitors. Johnnie was especially helpful for me and my son. He made the entire‘s day very easy, comfortable and convenient. The location is beautiful and very close to a lovely park. The breakfast is delicious and has both Chinese and western options. There are many activities for kids to do and also many amenities for adults, like afternoon tea and complementary cocktail. Only thing I would change about this hotel is their air-conditioning policy. The night I was there I felt a little bit hot and wanted to turn the air conditioning a bit stronger. I was told by their customer service that I could not do that because then other guests would be uncomfortable. I think they have different air conditioners for each room, so I’m not sure if her explanation was true. Either way that was kind of disappointing. Overall it was a wonderful trip and I will definitely be back!

I actually thought it was too late to check in at 3pm, but in the end I had to wait half an hour to check in! The reason is that the room inspection has not been completed! I definitely don’t buy this as a customer! Check-in at 3 o'clock is a promise to guests, and the hotel is still five-star. I can't wait for half an hour, and I question the hotel management's ability to match the five-star rating! Furthermore, the courtesy of the customer service staff in the lobby is unflattering. He didn’t even say a word of welcome when he stood at the door of the lobby, let alone take the initiative to unload your luggage for you! The experience is really average!

The overall service and hotel environment are good. Staff No. 2 and No. 6 have good attitudes. Others will say hello to other staff when they meet. The room is fully equipped, including makeup remover, styling spray, disinfectant swabs, etc. The overall cost-effectiveness is high. Next time I will choose this hotel again when I come to Nansha District.

The environment is quiet and clean. It is not far from the tourist attractions and the transportation is convenient. The service attitude is also very good. There are also many options for dining in the surrounding area.

The appearance is low-key and amazing. Very new hotel, the facilities are very complete, you can see that you have spent your mind decorating. The bathroom is clean and spacious, the room is comfortable, and the sound insulation can be done better. The service is in place and the price is very high.
