The location is great, really close to Wanda Plaza, so it's super convenient for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The room itself was nice and quiet, and I really appreciated the sleep-aiding aromatherapy and white noise machine – a thoughtful touch for anyone who struggles with sleep. Breakfast was plentiful, and the gym on the third-floor terrace had all the essential equipment.

I stayed at this hotel specifically for a concert, and the front desk service was incredibly warm and helpful. I arrived with a lot of heavy luggage for the concert, so I was quite tired, but the check-in process was very efficient, and I didn't have to wait long in line. I wasn't familiar with the venue's route, and the front desk staff patiently gave me directions and advised me to leave early to avoid traffic. The next morning, when I needed to store my luggage before heading out again, the process was quick and easy, not complicated at all. The staff were always gentle and polite, never showing any impatience. The room was clean and quiet, with full amenities, so I rested very well and was fully energized for the show. The location was also very convenient; walking back after the concert felt safe and hassle-free. This is definitely my top choice for concert stays, and I'll book it again for future shows.

Service: The service at the hotel front desk was acceptable. However, the waitresses at the restaurant were extremely rude. We ordered a set meal for dinner, which was decent, but when we went to order, they were incredibly rude and treated us like we owed them something. Cleanliness: At first glance, it looked quite clean. Actually, it was ridiculously filthy. One room's toilet seat was covered in urine stains! I've stayed in hotels of all kinds, good and bad, and I've never seen anything like this before. It's clear that other items weren't cleaned properly either! The farm was said to be 5 kilometers away, so we didn't go. Overall, the price-performance ratio is very low, and it's not worth it at all.

Stepping into the lobby, the elegant decoration and warm lighting make you relax. The front desk service is super considerate, quick check-in and recommendation of local places. The room is clean, the bedding is comfortable, the breakfast is rich in Chinese and Western food, and the ingredients are fresh. The hotel also has free laundry service, and can help dry and deliver to the room, solving the big problem of travel. It is very cost-effective, and I will come again next time!
