spacious and comfortable room with all the amenities. Very helpful and polite staff. Excellent service. Good internet connection too. The next metro station is in a certain distance though. Be prepared to walk for about 10 minutes. That can pose a challenge - depending on the weather.

The restaurant staff has been very unwelcoming and unaccomodating. They said it's the best breakfast ever but there were not enough food. No breads and no coffee and all food are Chinese food. This is not a western restaurant at all. When we asked help for the use of the coffe machine, the staff got annoyed and irritatingly pointed on the machine while repeatedly and unnecessarily saying, "coffe", "coffee", "coffee". The only thing that we like is the room.
