經常來這邊出差，一直住這裏，房間寬敞明亮，設備齊全的該有的都有，一次性拖鞋，一次性馬桶墊，房間裏也是一如既往的乾淨。相比其他家的房間這裏風格簡單不花裏胡哨，住的非常舒服，老闆娘也是老熟人了，兩個人入住都很寬敞。還給我們推薦了美食，老闆兩推薦得一家小吃做得還比較專業。食材還蠻新鮮的。房間和這家小吃都非常推薦！

略略有點噁心想着考研之後換到的酒店，攜程上掛着70-76之間，住了一個晚上就追續費，之後説沒房説給錢又加價格，衞生條件好差，桌子是破腳的。
硬生生要了三天的費用80—90費用，實在沒有辦法忍受搬了催促下搬走掉了枕頭和毛巾，討厭這種打壓消費。
周邊環境很差，司機送我回來之後擔心我不安全問我這是什麼地。
調研好幾天周邊月租金1200考研小夥伴們不要被坑了。

很好的民宿，位置很好，離地鐵站也不算遠、交通便捷，前台的很熱情，自助辦理入住很方便，價格很便宜，物有所值。房間大，很乾凈，無異味，有窗户，空調效果好。床上用品整潔乾淨，裝修簡約，網絡wifi信號好，隔音效果好，很舒適，很安逸，服務態度好，也很熱情。床很大，很舒適，睡的很舒服，衞生間也很乾凈，周邊購物也很方便，贊一個！非常值得推薦入住，下次還來，真棒！

第一次來大學城出差 沒想到找了一家這麼好的民宿老闆服務非常好，設施也很齊全，周邊吃的也比較多，坐車趕過來非常辛苦，問老闆哪裡有按摩店推薦的，這一家手感特別好，價格還實惠，非常不錯，推薦。

房間裏很乾凈，衞生不錯，內飾舒服，床柔軟有彈性，睡起來很舒服，老闆很熱情，空調舒服，外面有很多吃的，晚上還可以出門逛小吃街，很適合過來玩住兩天，再次續住續住

衞生：較差。入户門在城中村的小路里麪。對面都是小店鋪，有油煙較嘈雜。
環境：較差。與圖片所示出入較大。屬於自建房，與其他民宿距離近，能聽見清晰的空調水聲。
設施：兩張榻榻米，一張乳膠床墊已經變形，無支撐性，而且是由三張拼接而成，睡完身體疼；一張彈簧床墊勉強湊活。廁所重新裝修還可以，但是浴巾毛巾不乾淨，有明顯粉塵感。隔音效果差，走廊、窗外聲音都能聽見。
服務：三個人入住，店家衹給兩床被子。出入門不主動打招呼，態度差。
