It's like a *hotel apartment. There is no front desk, only a WeChat. After placing the order, no check-in, no cancellation, and no refund are given. It's simply the worst. Complaining to the Qunar platform is useless. Please be careful when booking! #Poor hygiene #Very poor service #Location and transportation If you go there late at night, you won't be able to find which building the room is in #Room facilities The wardrobe is shaky
