The hotel was clean and the facilities were relatively new. I rested with the children in a quiet atmosphere. The staff at the hotel was friendly.

The first time I checked in, the lady at the front desk saw that I brought my child and arranged a family room, which was very considerate. The apartment environment is good, the green area is large, and the air is fresh. I am very satisfied with the layout of the room. 酒店建築宏大，設施完善新穎，房間南北通透，空調地熱均有，整潔衞生乾淨，床墊舒服透氣，礦泉水很充足，擁有養老院和小童親子兩大亮點……
一樓大廳🈶️ 麻將桌、圍棋桌、大茶桌，書畫室、鋼琴室、電影院、瑜伽室、講課間、餐廳等多種設施。
一樓架空層🈶️小童遊樂場、投籃遊戲機、冰球機、乒乓球枱、桌球枱、健身器材、跑道、門球場等。
其他樓層還有康復治療室、游泳池、湯泉等一應俱全。還🈶️農田種菜，看到了孔雀和黑山羊……
入住酒店不但舒適好玩，還遇到另類“家”的温暖—— 一家人“兩大三小”，人多不太好睡，慶幸前台遇到了 賓客服務主任 殷俊 先生，不但為我們升級了房間，提供了更多住宿物品，還向我們詳細介紹了酒店特色，幫孩子們提行李送我們入住……在此深表感謝！！！
另外，表揚一下 802房間服務員 周女士 工作兢兢業業、勤勤懇懇。

空氣清新，環境優美，酒店較新，房間設施齊全，乾淨整潔且較人性化，帶長者家入住好方便。娛樂項目好齊全，適合一家人休閑度假。服務員熱情周到，好暖心。在從化區域內是性價比較高的酒店，周邊旅遊小鎮和農家樂較近，會考慮再次入住。

習慣性好評，居住環境可以，不適合温泉旅行，就幾個普通池子，沒什麼意思。本就是老年人養老公寓，適合老年人的生活，可以打麻將，畫畫，書法等普通休閑娛樂，早餐7點半到9點，晚餐5-6點40，人少不開自助晚餐，晚餐就吃蓋澆飯套餐🤣🤣，洗漱用具住房裡沒有，得到前台問領取，噢，花五星級酒店住宿費用，享受普通旅館的待遇😣😣😣住宿唯一欣慰的就是房間自帶烘乾洗衣機，可以彌補一下入住後的失望感！還好衹訂了一天住宿，第二天就轉温泉小鎮裏去享受真正的温泉之旅了，不然玩得都很不開心

酒店環境非常不錯，很安靜、很整潔。人特別少，娛樂設施稍顯薄弱。另外前台接待有待加強，其實酒店有不少的增值服務的（例如每天都有不同的免費課程安排），但是前台完全沒有介紹，等到我們自己發現的時候，時間點又錯過了，有點可惜。
