The hotel's design is quite interesting; the 4th floor, in particular, feels much more spacious. The transparent, hollowed-out elevator combined with the distinctive A-frame entrance gives it a unique and recognizable design aesthetic. The environment is quiet, the service is warm and friendly, and the restaurant quality is excellent. Highly recommended!

If you book through this platform, there's a high chance the hotel in China won't have your reservation. I waited at the front desk for over 25 minutes. I'm not sure if the front desk staff was unfamiliar with their system or if it was an irregular booking, but they repeatedly couldn't find my reservation. They even questioned if my friend had already checked in. Eventually, the platform helped me resolve it, but the laughable compensation of $6 was an insult! The soundproofing in the room was terrible; I woke up every few hours due to the elevator or luggage noise. However, the cleanliness was good, and the room space, as well as the manager's attitude, was decent, apart from that 25-minute wait... For business trips or travel, I would highly recommend prioritizing your rest or itinerary (this hotel might not be the best choice for that).

Having stayed at an Artur hotel the previous week I was expecting the same brand level. We again had a room with no window which in itself wasn’t a problem. The room was spacious and well equipped. However the lighting was inadequate and the room was very dark all the time. The location of the hotel was fantastic as we were attending the Fair. They also supplied a complimentary bus to the show. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff went out of their way to make it special every morning. The staff at the hotel were always helpful and accommodating.

The guy at the front desk was really nice, and the room was quiet and clean. I'd definitely come back again!
