Excellent hotel with friendly staffs, the Cantonese style breakfast is really good variety choice. Location is great 8 minutes walk to metro. Local restaurants just behind the building in other blocks. Highly recommend 👍👍👍👍👍

Nice hotel near garden

Good location. Bed are really really bad, like you are sleeping on a table

The first room they provided was very smelly and informed the receptionist. She was very friendly and changed another one for us. Bed was comfortable. The only downside for travelers with car is that you need to park at Walmart and walk around 5 mins to reach the hotel. Location wise is ok too as it’s surrounded by many eateries

I stayed here for 14 nights as it close to Guangzhou fangchun zhongyiyuan..it take ard 12 mins walk to the hospital, 5 mins walk there is a Walmart supermarket, around the area lot restaurant & shops..breakfast here everyday the same, th building just got 1 lift so waiting time is longer..free laundry & detergent provided

I booked two double bed rooms for my family. I thought it was because my family asked for the room next door. The room type I booked had a sofa in the title, but I was given one with a sofa and one without a sofa. I asked the front desk and they said that the sofa was broken some time ago on July 15 and they hadn't bought it back yet. Why didn't they tell me when I checked in? Are they fooling people? Finally, the front desk said that they could change a room, but it was far away, so I thought it was fine. Later, my family confirmed with me whether breakfast was included. I ordered four breakfasts, and then I knew that the front desk did not remind or inform my family that breakfast was included when I checked in. So I called the front desk at 23:58, and a male staff member answered the phone. He said, "I just got to work and didn't know." Later, he asked me, "So what do you want?" I would like to ask if this is your Xi'an service attitude? When encountering a problem, the first reaction is not to remedy it or solve it, and you shirk responsibility by saying that you just got to work and didn't know. And you asked me what I want, what can I do? You didn't remind my family that there is breakfast, and can't I tell my family after I understand the breakfast information and location? I booked 2 rooms, and they not only upgraded my room type, but also extended the check-out time, which was very humane. Secondly, the room was cleaned very well. It is very close to the subway station. It is very cost-effective to live in such a room at this price. I highly recommend it

The hotel is located in the old town of Liwan, with a great geographical location and many lively shops around. Although the hotel's renovation and decoration are average, the lobby is not big and there is only one elevator. Although the room area is compact, it is clean and tidy and has everything it should have. The Jinjiang brand has a very high cost performance.

I stayed in the room and slept for two nights. My body was covered with red lumps from unknown insect bites. I reported it to the hotel and they said that there was no problem with hygiene. It was the bed sheets that needed disinfectant. I was allergic to it. This was the first time I heard of this! If disinfectant can't clean it, why use it? Go to another hotel for 4-5 days and it will be fine!
