Most basic amenities were provided and rooms were super clean. Although room was a bit dry with aircon on, overall the hotel is 9/10 for me for the price range.

The location is right downtown Guangzhou and the staff are friendly.

Hotel location is very good. Easy to get anywhere. Clean beddings and no smell of cigarette smoke (which was annoying in Ramada, opposite hotel). Breakfast Chinese style, in 20 meters 7eleven and Starbucks with if need western style.

Check-in was quite slow, and the room was quite small. Otherwise our 4-hour experience was fine.

Modern eco friendly hotel. Value for the price. Will book hotel again.

The environment is very average, the room is too small, the ceiling is very low, and it is very depressing to live in. The sound insulation is very poor. The door is old and poorly sealed, and the light in the room can be seen from the crack of the door. Although I booked the cheapest room, it was 500 yuan per night. It feels worse than some express hotels. I have never stayed in such a bad room. Because I went to the US Consulate for a visa, I chose a room that was closer. Fortunately, I only stayed for one night. Oh! It's really too bad.

Unexpectedly satisfied. All Seasons provided the same facilities and services as always. There were 8 bottles of water in the room. It was the first time I didn't ask the front desk for extra water. Breakfast started at 7 o'clock. We had an appointment in the morning and arrived at the restaurant at 6:45. The waiter greeted us and said that the food might not be complete because of the time, but almost everything was available. We had a complete breakfast.

The facilities are old and the rooms are very small. The projection screen of the first room I booked was broken. The mirror glass of the second room I changed to was broken. There was also a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The angle of the faucet was very strange and difficult to adjust. I could only spray the water on my face. The water flow was very large. The all-seasons hotels I stayed in other cities had very large spaces and newer facilities. It really made me feel bad to stay in this hotel.

The service attitude is good, including the humble cleaning staff, and the self-service laundry is convenient. What I personally don't like is the poor sound insulation of the windows, and the separate cubicle for the bath and toilet is not very comfortable to use in this hot and humid season.
