Poshtel (Canton Tower Consulate)

People are very kind and very helpful, and room cleaning service is exceptional.

The hotel was in a great location. The staff were very helpful. They stored our luggage and assisted us with finding all the local sites. Room was clean and comfortable and just across from Canton Tower!! Will definitely stay again. 酒店位置优越。 工作人员非常乐于助人。 他们寄存了我们的行李并帮助我们找到所有当地的景点。 房间干净舒适，就在广州塔对面！ 肯定会再次入住。

It was a great stay. I was here only to sleep one night and it exceeded my expectations. Staff was extra helpful for everything!

Convenient transportation

I think that the hotel should find a solution about mosquitoes, not my first time here I’ve enjoyed my stay here but i hope you can solve this issue

Living in Shenzhen, it's always nice to do weekend trips to Guangzhou. This trip my friends and I were looking to stay near the Canton Tower because we wanted to go to the top. The Poshtel was very conveniently located for the purpose of the trip and the front desk staff were all super friendly. As a foreigner with limited mandarin, the check-in was super quick and the taxi print out was accurate coming from GZ East Railway. The bed was very comfy and the shower was GREAT. Would happily stay here again the next time I'm in Guangzhou!

Good location near canton tower , plain basic room. Unfortunately was right next to a huge construction site. Very noisy.

It was a weird trip. Our booking in other hotel was cancelled, so at 1.30 am we found this hotel ( as booking online for the rest of the night was not possible). We ordered a room with 2 separate beds. The receptionist told us that there is no such a room ( it took 30 mins to explain what we want, she asked about the details). She told there are only: a single room or single-bed room. We asked her to check if there are the hotels nearby who might have 2 separate beds. She asked tons of questions, made a call and said no. We were tired and agreed on the single-bed room. She started to register us, all the passport, stamps of entry, exit and told I can be settle and a friend of mine no, as her passport will expire in August ( in 3 months). After some negotiations and a call to someone we were registered and settled to the room with 2 beds at 3.45 am. All the calls and waiting were just a waste of time, as the required room was there). 2 hours at the reception all in all!!! + The receptionist told that there was a construction work next to the hotel. The sound was not that bad. Not quite, but like next to the road. Not that bad as we had expected. It was nice of the hotel to let is know in advance. + The room was clean, comfortable, shower worked well. There were even tea bags, but no drinking water.
