Let me start with the conclusion. This is the best Mercure I have ever stayed in. I have stayed in other hotels in Beijing, Xi'an and Hangzhou before. None of them are as good as this. Living environment The fragrance smells great when you enter the hotel to check in. The room is very clean. What I am most satisfied with is the bed, which is dry and soft. The softness of the pillows also meets my requirements. In addition, it is very quiet. The main reason may be that it is not close to the commercial area and is surrounded by residential areas. The scenery outside is very good. You can directly see the river, Humen Bridge, and golf course. Because there are cushions and pillows near the windows, I took a nap next to the window on the 40th floor and looked at the scenery outside the window. It was quite comfortable. 2. Breakfast What impressed me the most was the dining environment. It was decorated with New Year elements in advance. It was very lively. Unfortunately, I didn’t take pictures. The food was also good. The rice rolls exceeded expectations because they are equipped with toppings. Chili rings, cooking oil, and soy sauce can beat many rice roll restaurants. Minced pork rice noodles are also good. They are directly seasoned, unlike some hotels where you need to mix them yourself. I didn’t eat too many other ingredients. Overall, I feel that the ingredients are relatively good. It's fresh. The only thing that needs improvement is the pastry. I didn't eat it. It seems that my appetite is average. 3. Service attitude From the front desk, to the elevator guide, to the cleaning lady, to the service staff in the breakfast room, they are all very enthusiastic and make people feel good. One detail I encountered first was that the charger was forgotten in the room. When I went back to get it, It has been installed for me in sealed plastic. Generally speaking, it is almost positioned as a four-star hotel, and it is very good to have this staying experience. I hope they can maintain or even do better.
