Guangdong Airport Hotel (Guangzhou New Baiyun International Airport Direct Store)

Traveling with a child and catching an early flight, the airport shuttle service saved us a lot of hassle. The hotel service was also excellent, and I'd especially like to thank the front desk staff. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip. It's close to the airport and convenient for grabbing a bite to eat.

The location is excellent, making my business commute very convenient. The surrounding commercial area is well-developed, bustling yet orderly. The facilities and equipment are up to standard, and everything runs smoothly, making for a truly top-notch stay! The front desk staff were professional and warm, and check-in and check-out were both very fast.

I booked the room late on the day of arrival, so there were no single rooms left, and I had to get a double. My stay was excellent; the room was new, clean, and even had a smart assistant. They also offered a complimentary airport shuttle when I checked out, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is conveniently located next to a supermarket and across from a pharmacy.

The pictures made the decor look really high-end, and I was looking forward to my stay, but the experience was terrible. The actual room was nothing like the photos shown online. The soundproofing was awful; I could hear every little noise clearly. The towels had obvious stains and weren't clean. The toiletries were incomplete; the toothbrush holder was empty, and there was no toothpaste. Plus, the showerhead kept dripping all night, creating constant noise. Overall, the cleanliness and facilities didn't meet the advertised standards. Very disappointing.
