Washing supplies, hot water, towels, hair dryers, etc. are all complete. 強烈投訴11月7號晚上十一點的前台女職員！！！！
酒店隔壁在工程很吵。我入住時已温馨提示該前台，攜程訂單顯示我可升級房間，但遭該職員拒絕説什麼“個個客人都這樣怎麼行”，這個我理解。於是我出示證據給她看，她看了依然拒絕，我感到不解。我無奈向攜程客服反應，經攜程壓力，前台職員就接受。你這麼牛就應該攜程打來你應該繼續堅持才對啊。客人已經一而再三的提示你，作為職員應該聰明一點，何必這樣呢？結果她給了我升級房間，但我覺得她也是忽悠我，這種房間根本就是我訂的房間而已。

設施：有些是壞的 廁所的燈是壞的 一閃一閃 床頭也沒燈 超級暗 ！然後要洗衣服還要自己帶洗衣液，很摳的 特別摳 而且早上八點多樓上的裝修一直持續到十一點多 還在響 電梯也是有點故障 房間在第三樓 顯示第四樓 服了 ！而且價格根本不值一百多 頂多就50塊錢吧 還算高了 廁所也是沒有門 衹有一個遮羞布 而且照片跟現實的差距很大 根本不一樣 很臟 送的水也是水屆裏面最便宜的 “冰露”真的人才 。

環境：很一般 廣州住過最差的一個酒店
服務：很敷衍 真的人如其酒店 一樣爛

從來沒住過這麼小的房間，設施老舊，衞生差。房門會響，問前台説本來師傅昨天來修的，不知道我是第幾次聽到這話的。電視頻道非常少且模糊，前台説老闆剛買了幾台電視。反正是沒辦法解決的。衞生間排風響得像拖拉機，洗澡的時候發現好像兩瓶都是沐浴露，自己打的標，怎麼還二合一沐浴露呢？是什麼成分二合一？如果是洗髮和沐浴二合一了，那放一瓶不就夠了？

攜程下單三晚上，第一天下雨拖着行李導航過去第一印象酒店前台臟亂差，看到網上圖片還不錯住下就好了，結果辦完手續上去後走廊裏就像雜物倉庫臟亂不堪，打開房間一瞬間蒙圈了房間又小又矮又有異味，床墊上還有mm怎麼想跟攜程官網的圖片差很多打電話給前台反應，最後協調給換了一間大一點的（圖片這間），發現確實比第一個好點了，但桌子上灰塵能畫畫，兩個枕頭上的長頭髮和床單上的長頭髮讓我瞬間感覺噁心，除了新手間以外沒找到垃圾桶，再一次打電話找前台，派人過來給換了床單被罩後要睡覺，結果發現床墊是斜着的當時沒在意，直到開空調十幾分鍾知道為啥床墊斜着，因為空調往裡麪的床上滴答水，垃圾桶放在床和牆中間接水，床墊子一會一個角都濕透了，雖然説一個人住，但如果是兩個人住，一個人的腳丫子都要在濕床墊上放着，當晚半夜直接打電話給攜程客服反應情況把後面兩天退款了，實在沒辦法住下去了

離地鐵站不遠 旁邊是商圈 陳家祠還有永慶坊 交通便利
就是房間潮濕 味道很大 對面洗衣房 很吵 睡不好 但價格很香 睡眠質量不好的慎選
