This hotel had great service and was clean. The location was good however I was extremely disappointed and upset about the breakfast buffet. I paid extra and was expecting a selection of food and fresh juice. I woke up especially for the buffet. The quality of food was terrible. I was a little shocked. I was hoping for a better buffet as I have stayed here before and it was good. I was embarrassed infront of my friend who I told the bussget would be good and made her pay.

A good location, in the downtown, the bars street in 15 mins walking.

This is my third stay at Amber and I will always stay here in Guangzhou because the service is so great! The staff are friendly and speak English. The hotel manager Steven is very kind and assisted my friends and I with booking private transportation. The food is really great and there are a lot of options for breakfast. We booked two twin bedroom suites, they were very clean and comfortable. The blackout curtains were a life saver! There's a Starbucks and quite a bit of restaurants downstairs. My friends and I decided to extend our stay because we loved it so much. Thank you!

Nice location. The best thing is there is free open air parking. The parking lot is not far from the hotel. The front desk staff was very nice and provided enough information to find the hotel. The hotel is very clean. There is a little fragrance. The beds are pretty easy to train.
