I had a particularly satisfying stay this time. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and shopping. Both the lobby and guest rooms were spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and fresh, and the soundproofing was superb, ensuring a very peaceful night's rest. The front desk service was warm and attentive; check-in and check-out were quick, and they patiently answered all my questions. The bathroom amenities were complete, there was plenty of hot water, and all the facilities were great. It offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

’m quite a picky person when it comes to hotel stays and usually have high standards for details. I booked a basic room without windows for this trip mainly because the price was very affordable. Even though I’m not from China, I was really impressed by the incredibly thoughtful front-desk service. The staff were extremely gentle and patient throughout the whole communication process and never showed any impatience at all. During check-in, after learning about my situation, they happened to have spare rooms available and kindly upgraded my room for free, which was such a wonderful surprise! I also raised a few small requests during my stay, and the staff tried their best to accommodate every single one. They were super attentive and never perfunctory in their work — the service was truly heartfelt. The hotel’s location is another huge advantage. It’s extremely close to Thirteen Factories, making shopping and bulk purchasing clothing extremely convenient. It’s absolutely the top choice for people coming here to source goods. I also took the chance to visit the Sacred Heart Cathedral in my spare time. The location is perfect and makes traveling around totally hassle-free. Overall, my stay was very pleasant. The room was clean, tidy and quiet. Honestly, it’s rare to find a hotel with such great service while traveling for business and sourcing goods. It offers amazing value for money and far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Guangzhou for purchasing, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling here for business, shopping or bulk buying clothing!

It was okay. Not worth the price I paid. The rooms although clean was very small. The property was showing its age. The lift was dirty. The room smelled moist. There was moisture on the roof. The bathrooms looked gritty. But there was no bad smell. The AC was good. My room had a hole in the roof though. Overall a very average stay.
