入住辦理非常慢，大堂環境很臟到時方便麪吃剩下丟棄垃圾，加水加錢，早上9點前出去吃早餐回來房卡被鎖無法進門説過期禁止了，還要下前台重新刷卡激活，房間小且拖鞋之前人穿過留房間臭氣腥天、再也不會訂了、洗手間非常小、一點不值得

不明白前台怎麼分配房源的，明明人不多，安排了個靠路邊的一棟，晚上好多飆車黨，好吵，整晚睡不着，其它還好

衞生真的非常差，入住的時候地板還是濕的，廁所小得連轉身的空間都沒有，還有一股濕臭味，牀頭櫃、衣櫃又臟有陳舊，床頭旁邊的電箱櫃根本都蓋不上，都是敞開着，陽台温泉池又臟又爛.......

煙花好好看，房間的隔音措施很一般，然後入住後沒有熱水洗澡，找人來維修速度還算快，晚上臨時去，攜程真的很給力，從來都不會被酒店放飛機，雖然比其他網貴了一點點，然後高山温泉池不算很多，但是每個池都好好聞，泡完後感覺身體挺香的。

商家搞錯地址，去到半山公寓説我們定的是田園公寓，聯繫客服立即幫忙解決了，攜程客服挺好！金葉子半山温泉公寓很方便，室外泡温泉就在公寓對面，而且服務很好，吃的早餐也不錯，下次還去。

辦理入住等待時間有點長，房間簡約明亮，床鋪不夠乾淨。户外温泉很乾凈，衹是户外沒有放毛巾，衹有更衣室有，泡温泉時才知道户外的櫃子沒有毛巾，不太方便。

第二次入住了，整體感覺不錯，適合一家人出遊入住，離温泉也不遠，走路幾分鐘就到，而且服務到位，連住兩天，第二天及時給房間備齊物品，體驗很好
