The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Shamian Island and the subway. The room is very spacious, and the bathroom is large with a bathtub. The service is great. Highly recommend for family trips.

The hotel environment is great, it's close to the elevator, and transportation is convenient. Breakfast is delicious, and the front desk service is warm and friendly! I'll definitely come back next time.

Room size is huge and location is convenient, but it is a little dated. The spa is just next to the hotel, walk thru the lobby. Call the reception and they can bring the spa outfit to you. But take note, you need to pay a deposit at the front desk if you are going to the spa.

Because the hotel guess and spa guess are using same restaurant on the breakfast and dinner time, very for us hotel guess to take the good food, not limit for taking the good food, sorry to say very very bad, no going to come back for this hotel….

The standard room is very tired and old fashion . Bathroom is old fashion and maybe everything is like in 2* hotel ! Only what is good is their spa and food . Hotel room is very bad ! I wont come again there
