The hotel is clean and well maintained. One of the best stays in Guangzhou for many reasons. Having a suite is a huge deal here since you can cook, rest, and clean you clothes with the washing machine in the comfort of your room. The location is a huge plus. It is located just on top a mall and one crossing away from 3 more mall !

1. On my first night, the fridge wasn't working, so I contacted the front desk. They immediately arranged a room change and even upgraded my room type, which made my trip to Guangzhou a fantastic experience. 2. The apartment's location directly opposite Taikoo Hui is incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. There are all sorts of great food options downstairs, so you don't even have to go far to eat well. 3. The breakfast provided is incredibly varied and of high quality, with plenty of choices! Plus, there's a massage chair, yoga room, swimming pool, and a sauna room, among other amenities. Overall, I'm a hundred percent satisfied!

Pros: The hotel has an excellent location, close to many well-known restaurants and shopping malls, making it very convenient to get almost anything you need. The staff were polite and always greeted us warmly. They also tried their best to fulfil my requests noted in the booking remarks. As I was travelling with elderly parents, they kindly arranged anti-slip mats for every bathroom. Many tables were also fitted with protective coverings to help reduce the risk of injury. Cons: The bathroom floor towel had a lipstick stain. I also requested a bolster, but instead received two pillows tied together, which was a bit disappointing. The lift can be quite slow. Overall: My parents and I enjoyed our stay at Fraser and would consider staying again!

Every year when I come to Guangzhou, I stay here. The staff are always warm, friendly, and helpful. The surrounding malls and restaurants are also very convenient. Special thanks to Ray at the front desk for his enthusiastic help with my check-in.

On my last day of a business trip, I moved to this hotel from another area because I've always looked for hotels like this when traveling abroad. It's been quite hot in Guangzhou these past few days. The service here is great; it's like an apartment with all the functional amenities I need, especially a washing machine, which is very important. The environment is still very comfortable, giving a 'home away from home' feeling. Plus, there's a shopping mall right downstairs, which is super convenient.

We had a wonderful stay at Fraser Suites Guangzhou and honestly could not have asked for a better experience. We stayed in the one-bedroom apartment, and it was extremely complete and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, including utensils and appliances, which made the stay very convenient. Having a washing machine was also a huge plus, and we really appreciated being able to make tea and feel at home during our trip. The breakfast was excellent every morning. One of our favorite parts was the fresh juice machine where we could squeeze our own juice. The selection was very good, and the chefs and restaurant staff were always attentive, professional, and kind. The concierge team was absolutely amazing. They helped us many times with directions, locations, transportation, and even our orders. Communication was very easy because their English was excellent, which made our stay even more comfortable. A special mention to the housekeeping team, who truly made the experience exceptional. On the second day, the housekeeper noticed that I was washing clothes and kindly brought a drying rack to the room so we could hang everything properly. She even arranged the clothes for drying herself. She also left thoughtful notes whenever she was unsure about personal items — for example, one day there was a teapot on the table, and instead of removing it, she left a note saying she did not clean it because she was not sure if we were still using it. These small details showed genuine care and attention. The location was also extremely convenient. The hotel is directly connected to the mall, which made shopping and moving around very easy. There were trendy bakeries and cafés literally next to the entrance, and we loved trying them during our stay. We could also simply cross the street to reach Taikoo Hui for luxury shopping, and Grandview Mall was only a short walk away. There were plenty of convenience stores nearby and even some halal food options around the area, which made everything very comfortable and accessible for us. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and felt very welcomed throughout the entire experience. I would highly recommend Fraser Suites Guangzhou and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Guangzhou.

Overall a very pleasant stay with no issue. However, you can tell the apartment and amenities are getting abit old. My only recommendation is they start using robots for food deliveries to each room so customers do not have to collect their food deliveries at the ground floor.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The concierge service was exceptional. I forgot to ask his name, but he was the best at helping and managing our group. He handled all our requests and concerns efficiently.

The concierge team is extremely helpful in making reservations for dinner, massage and etc.. They go out of their way to provide direction guide to guests to navigate around Tianhe road for great food, shopping and massage. Ever helpful with many deliveries to the room. They are very friendly and always smiling The room is very spacious, with coffee table, sofa, kitchen, lounge chairs and big bed

Best location, 10min to the museum and Canton Tower viewing area, 30min in peak traffic to Beijing road. Surrounded by 5 malls, and short walk to the underground mall. The hotel pool is closed until later in April. The washing machine dryer in one in the room is very quiet.
