Aita Boutique Apartment (Guangzhou Avenue North)

The best thing about this place is its excellent location. It's only an 8-minute walk from the Garden Metro Station, and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making dining and shopping very convenient. The hygiene is good, but the amenities are more on par with a basic guesthouse. The room isn't soundproofed, and the restaurant downstairs is very noisy. This accommodation is fine for a one-night stay, but if you're planning on staying for several nights, it's probably better to choose a slightly more expensive hotel. If you want a comfortable stay, don't just go for the cheapest option.

The hotel room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. The mattress and pillows were great for a good night's sleep. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the breakfast in the morning was a nice touch. The front desk service was excellent; the staff member was very professional and provided truly outstanding service.

The hotel is right next to the plaza, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Downstairs, you'll find a supermarket and various BBQ stalls and snacks readily available, so you don't have to go far for fun or food. The room corners were meticulously cleaned, and the bedding and bathroom hygiene were satisfactory. Check-in at the front desk was super efficient, taking mere seconds, and the staff were warm and considerate. If you're lucky, you might even get a free room upgrade, making for an exceptionally pleasant travel experience.
