Good for a short stay, especially if you want to be near 广州东站 (East Station) ! Friendly and helpful staff. There are local diners and fast food options in the area. The hotel can be difficult to find as it's part of a large complex with private apartments and small businesses. The reception is on the 22nd floor, you can call them for help (no English though). The room itself needs some improvements (there's leak in the toilet) and is a bit outdated. However the environment was quiet and the cleaning staff were friendly and polite!

Late night wander needed to find the entrance amongst layers of other apartment-hotels. Easy to access. WiFi with a valid phone number. Plenty of space. Very close to the train station. Air-conditioned to perfection. Great staff service. I wouldn't recommend for anything more than a night or two, to get your head down. Tianhe and the tourism areas are close by.
