The room was incredibly dirty, not to mention the thick layer of dust, broken cabinet doors, and flaws in every corner. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. When I opened the curtains, the glass was so filthy you couldn't see outside – forget about any view. The air conditioning also didn't work; it was still hot hours after we checked in. We switched rooms, but that one was just as stifling, making us sweat immediately. It only started to cool down slightly in the middle of the night. In Guangzhou's hot weather, this was just unbearable. If we hadn't arrived at the hotel after 1 AM, we definitely would have found another place to stay.

The hotel's location is quite close to Wanda Plaza, and the environment is comfortable. The lovely lady at the front desk told me there's a famous Guangzhou Restaurant nearby, and Zizhulou is right next door. I even bought some local specialties to take home, which my family really loved. The room was very clean and thoughtfully equipped with a charging cable. The facilities were comprehensive, and they even provided toiletries for children. We received a free upgrade to a room that included breakfast, afternoon tea, and supper. The front desk staff's service was excellent! For this price, it was truly amazing value for money. All the staff members had a great attitude. I'll definitely choose to stay here again when I visit Guangzhou.

Traveling with seniors and kids, the location is too remote. We had to take a taxi everywhere, and the subway station was quite far. The variety of late-night snacks wasn't great, though breakfast was decent. The staff were very friendly, and the hygiene was good. I was very satisfied with the room; it was clean, tidy, and incredibly spacious. What I liked most was the large table in the living room (seats 6), which was perfect for studying, entertaining guests, having tea, or dining. Initially, I only booked for one night to see if I liked the room. The suite having two bathrooms, with separate guest and master baths, was excellent. I stayed here for three days while in Guangzhou for a concert. The room was clean and hygienic, and breakfast was decent, but the soundproofing definitely needs improvement. I was on the 6th floor and could still hear the team-building activities downstairs. Also, the male waiter during the late-night snack service seemed to have an indifferent attitude; he acted impatient when I asked him questions. His service attitude could really use some work.
