Friendly professional staff, quick check inn, very helpful. Great breakfast. Good variety. Clean bathroom, towels and bedding. Bed bit hard, pillows great. Great location. Beautifully, peacefully beautifully view of canal. Close to shops and restaurants. Area very safe

The soundproofing is terrible. Next door is a KTV, and I could hear really loud music in my room, which was very noisy. I didn't get any sleep all night. There's no parking, and the bottled water in the room was expiring in a few days.

I used Ctrip's privilege to extend my check-out until 3 PM, but at 2 PM, I was woken up by someone banging on my door, demanding that I check out and pay an extra fee for exceeding the check-out time. Shouldn't they normally call the room or ring the doorbell? Banging on the door like that shows a complete disregard for guests, it startled me awake. The location is great, making it super convenient to walk around and find places to eat. Within a kilometer, there's every type of restaurant imaginable, plus supermarkets and markets. We stayed on a Saturday, and the hotel parking lot was full, which was a bit inconvenient. The hotel decor is quite old-fashioned, and the facilities are simple, but that suited my needs perfectly for just sleeping. I especially loved the twin room with two 1.5-meter beds.
