Although the apartment was big, but it was very used and old. The location although seemingly convenient, but actually required you to change elevators to go up. Also the view they advertised isn’t the view I got.

**Disappointing Experience**
My stay at this hotel was far from enjoyable. The room was not cleaned properly; I found fruit seeds all over the floor and even encountered broken glass. Despite indicating that we were two adults and one child, we were only provided with two pillows and two towels. When we approached the service counter, our request was dismissively turned down, as it was claimed that every apartment had the same provision.
Additionally, the shower was a nightmare. The water temperature was highly unstable, constantly switching between cold and hot, making it difficult to shower comfortably. The fixtures were poorly maintained and nearly breaking down.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my stay and wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Not recomend for family trip and cigarette smell in room, because AC central and they dont have non smoking room. If bring childen dont stay here, every night the smell of cigarettes becomes more pronounced.
Sofa not clean. the mattress on the 2nd floor is hard. I booked for 5 night, after staying 1 night, I decided to move hotels.

Extremely dirty environment and full of smells of smoke and mould… the bathroom is really disgusting, furniture is old and there’s lots of stain on the sofa! So we change to another hotel immediately! For our health good.. really bad experience

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Trip.com. The images displayed on their website and the actual condition of the hotel room worlds' apart (see attached photos). I made a reservation for a Duplex Family Room with three beds for a two-night stay, but the condition of the room was so bad, we check out the very next morning.
The rooms are aged and poorly maintained, emitting an unpleasant odor of urine throughout. The appliances in the room were not only incredibly dirty but also in such a state that they were essentially unusable and beds are terrible as well. To make matters worse, accessing the rooms was a cumbersome process. First, one must take the elevator to the 23rd floor, exit it, and then proceed through a separate security gate, requiring yet another key card to access another elevator leading to the rooms. This made it quite inconvenient, especially when dealing with luggage, and the wait times for the elevators were exceedingly long.
I strongly advise avoiding this establishment when considering your accommodation options.

The location is very good , directly next to Marriott hotel and GrandView Mall and the view from rooms is good and big enough , also have fridge and washing machine.
But the building elevator is busy during the day, also need to take care more for rooms cleanliness, specially bathroom.
