I heard from my family that this is a very good hot spring hotel, so I took my daughter to visit for the first time when she was 1 year old. I had a lot of fun. It was really very good. Hotel environment: The lobby is very grand, the periphery is also clean and comfortable, and parking is very convenient. I booked three garden double rooms, which are large and have balconies to enjoy the scenery or dry clothes. The bed is written as 1.2, but it feels like it should be more than that. The beds are very clean, the bathroom is also, and there are no stains in the shower room. I live very safely and at ease. Staff service: Must praise 👍, very considerate and in place. As soon as I parked, a waiter came forward to open the door and took the initiative to move the luggage. The front desk lady who checked in was very gentle. Considering the baby, she took the initiative to help us delay the check-out time. The cleaning staff also took the initiative to give us 2 more bottles of mineral water for milk. Every time I go to a place, there will be service staff who will take the initiative to greet and provide services. The service attitude is really invincible. Hot spring experience: There are many pools, the privacy between each other is OK, and the water is clean. Hotel guests can also go to the riverside area, which has beautiful scenery and is suitable for punching in. The whole hot spring was very satisfying, and the baby was also very excited to play in the water for the first time. Breakfast: buffet style, with many varieties and good products, which can meet the needs of the family for both Chinese and Western food😁. In general, these 3 days and 2 nights were very good and achieved the expected results. The room rate of more than 700 per night, coupled with such environment, service and facilities, is very cost-effective. This place can be used as a fixed hot spring spot in the future😎.

The experience was great. I've stayed in many hot spring hotels, but I still prefer Bishuiwan. The environment is really great with hot springs ♨️accompanied by green mountains and green waters. When parking in the parking lot, they will remind you that the tires need to be inflated. The hotel also has this service, and the room service lady is even more loving💗full of red dates, ginger tea, bookmarks, and the swimsuits in the bathroom are all hung up well👍. The children were also very happy to stay for two nights🥳I will come again

The breakfast included is delicious, and the room I booked is convenient for children of 1.3 meters. The hot spring environment, facilities and services are very good. I am thinking of bringing the elderly with me next time. It is more than an hour's drive from Guangzhou city, which is very convenient. It is a good place for a family to relax on weekends. The room I booked can enter the riverside area, where there are few people and there is a small infinity pool. The children have fun.

Whether it was the guest room, the front desk hall or the restaurant service, the waiters were very enthusiastic and answered all questions, and they were very proactive, making you feel very warm. And the restaurant and breakfast here are also very good, with a rich variety and delicious. Western food, Chinese food, and local dishes are all complete. The guest room is also very good. There is also a balcony in the room. Opposite is the green mountains and green waters. The air is very fresh and comfortable. The guest room is clean and hygienic.
