Valley View Hotspring Resort

Dear friends, I have helped you to pull the ****s. Don’t go there🤢 The guests are not required to scan the health code before check-in. After check-in, the staff will not guide or introduce them, so ask all questions by yourself. Hotel room is old. A hot spring resort hotel, looking at 4 hot spring pools, 4 of them have no water. I don't know where the other pools are. 🤷🏻‍♀️The swimming pool has water and no water, and the ones with water are too dirty to go down. They are all floating objects. and leaves. Two parts of the hotel are under maintenance, and none of the other guests saw it. They checked out quickly after checking in for less than half an hour. I don't want to talk about the check-out process. Thank you Ctrip customer service, don't cooperate with this hotel again

The service attitude of the hotel is very good, the question mark is proactive, and the resolution is also very fast. But the hotel facilities are a bit old, so it should be refurbished. One side of the water lane is not open anymore. We went over at 9:30 for breakfast and there was nothing left to eat. We stayed in a private pool room. The pool was quite big and the water was very hot. Our family of four didn't feel crowded together.

帶家人週末過來溪頭遊玩，晚上過來泡温泉，房間不錯，兩張1.5米大床，房間乾淨整齊，房間內有一池温泉水，停車方便。房間窗外對着湖，光線好，環境優雅。有早餐。適合家庭及情侶出遊。不過酒店有些年代了，設施有望老化，希望酒店能加強整改。

服務很好，給我們升級了特色河景房，房間很大，設施比較舊了，但衞生還是可以的，打掃得比較仔細乾淨，陽台的景色很美，附近2kg有美食街，還有網紅麥當勞在附近。總體挺適合親子住宿，大堂還有個小童樂園，波波池，小朋友玩得很開心，公區泡池比較少，就4-5個，還有個泳池和汗蒸房，設施比較陳舊了，更衣室也比較舊

非常好 跟酒店前台説了，能幫我免費升房型 升級到了山上的小別墅 環境寬敞 住了兩天 客房服務打掃衞生也乾淨勤快 這個度假村比較安靜 人也不多 適合度假出行 就是温泉池比較少 室內有獨立私湯 酒店看起來有一定年紀了 綜合體驗下來是在從化性價比比較高的温泉酒店！下次會考慮繼續來

房間的性價比本來就很高，在前台安娜田小姐還免費幫我們升級了房型，我們對房間內的新中式裝修和進門兩側新穎的設計和佈局感到非常滿意，尤其是房間外面自帶的花園式的、獨立的温泉泡池，給我們帶來既私密又温馨的極佳體驗！晚上我們特意去帶有較多泡池的公共温泉區域體驗時，由於已經使用的泡池內的人較多，當晚值班的李小姐還特意將一個原來沒有裝水的空池幫我們加滿了新鮮的温泉水，並且將温度調到我們要求的温度，在此也必須對她表示衷心的感謝！最後值得讚揚的是酒店二樓的餐廳，落地玻璃外的流溪河與對面濕地公園的景觀與整個餐廳融為一體，彷彿成了水上餐廳，可以邊吃邊欣賞景色，令人身心愉悦。我們決定還會再來！

地理位置不錯，在流溪河邊，去小鎮5分鐘，服務很好，早餐不錯。温泉水很好，就是公共區池少了點，房間的設施有點舊，浴袍床單都有破損，清潔有待提高，馬桶蓋不是很乾凈。

設施：非常全，房間也很大，前台免費給升級了房間，私湯池很有意境。 衞生：很乾凈，無異味。 環境：人相對比較少，環境幽靜，臨流溪河。 服務：服務很棒，公共泡池服務員態度好。 性價比很高，下次有機會還來。
