首先説下我進店，我當時訂的商務大床房，前台説窗子很小建議我看下App和豪華大床房差價多少付款升級，想想算了就住一晚就加價升級了，升級了的房間並沒有其他幾家維也納豪華大床房那麼好和寬敞
最噁心的來了:早上9.30多房間外就開始打掃衞生吹地板的風機就放在我房間的門口對着走廊吹！晚上本來就沒休息好，大早上根本不讓你睡着！搬東西砰砰作響，感覺想讓客人都起床滾蛋一樣！
算了洗漱下去前台交卡要停車票，服務員好像我佔他便宜一樣黑個驢臉問我停了幾個小時啊，我説我也記不太好應該沒超過24小時，她捅咕一會手機往吧枱一丟，一句話都沒有，她黑個**就像誰shui她沒給錢一樣！走了連句再見都不會説，我不熟悉環境問下路！**！就差喊出來了哪裡不是有個通道嗎？看到了嗎？到了出口以為免費又自己付款了28塊停車費！
****逼！我是住店，花錢住店！不是來你這裏乞討的！垃圾酒店！誰住誰倒黴！什麼服務垃圾品牌！維也納酒店？？垃圾。。。再也不會選擇了！

不好，四五六樓在裝修，會比較吵，洗手枱有點漏水，洗完口臉地上都是水，因為工作關係，需要續住一天，想換一間房，孕婦比較怕吵，先説二樓，後來告知二樓沒房，再就是換到樓下更吵的街邊，還沒換房成功，阿姨已經自己開門進去準備打掃，最後原房續住，房卡開不了房，又來回跑了三趟，不會再來

瘦高高的小哥哥和粉衣服的大姐姐服務到位，登記迅速，房間乾淨衞生，這次還給我免費升級了，價格不貴，總體很滿意的，酒店對面還有吃早茶的地方，床很軟，整體還不錯，停車方便，送了早餐，以後到廣州玩優先考慮這裏

地點在商業區，飲食很方便。衞生條件很好，毛巾很好。名字叫地鐵站店，距離地鐵站還是有點距離，步行20分鐘。附近好像在修地鐵，塵土比較多。其他還是不錯的。
