Very helpful receptionist who spoke Japanese and English. Explained breakfast, typed in Chinese for an address I needed. Above snd beyond. The room was neat, cozy with a chaise longe to put things on as well as a desk. The shower was good too.

The experience truly exceeded expectations. Compared with the last decoration, it has been upgraded. The service attitude is as good as ever. The breakfast is rich in variety. There are self-service snacks, tea and coffee in the front hall and books to read. Will definitely come again next time!

I often stay in hotels. The service and management of this hotel are the best I have ever stayed in. There is also a free pick-up and drop-off service. The driver is also very dedicated. It is 11 kilometers away from the airport and can be reached in 10 minutes.
