We have not yet been able to completely eliminate the cockroach problem in dispersed apartment buildings like Guangzhou, but there are very strict requirements for daily management and disinfecting. There are more than 1,000 suites in Aoyuan, so it's not impossible to do that. 2⃣️You said you wanted to cancel in the afternoon of the day you checked in (the reason for cancellation was written at that time: cancellation for business trip). At that time, the free cancellation period had passed, so 50% of the room fee needed to be deducted. Temporary parking spaces are mainly on the -2 and -3 floors. In the near future, Parking spaces are not that easy to find during summer vacation. It is recommended that you contact the front desk in advance to help you find them. ② Regarding hygiene and convenience, we will strengthen the cleaning and inspection of guest rooms. ③ The window was not closed tightly because the window handle was a bit broken. We repaired it the next day, but don’t worry about your belongings. The apartment has exterior windows. The exterior walls cannot be climbed without climbing, and there is 24-hour property security. Although you live on the 7th floor, the duplex is equivalent to about the 12th floor. ④ After you checked out, the engineering inspection found that the air conditioner motor sometimes failed to start, and it was immediately dealt with.
