The water pressure was not strong enough and it will hot and cold on and off. Location from the subway was quite a distance. The bed also not comfortable.

This hotel is so near a dry food trading. It is only 100m walk from it. It is 200m walk from the Cathedral. Hotel staff are friendly. O yes, there are washing machine for our laundry.

The hotel staff very friendly and helpful, especially the staff called 石群,she helped me solve a lot problems, the hotel location is good,cheap and comfortable. If you choose the cheapest one , the room size a bit limited ,suggest choose room size big, nearby got the food restaurant, the hotel behind is the seafood wholesale market , walk around 9 mins can arrive the GuangZhou Sacred Heart Catheral 广州圣心大教堂

Just to be honest, this hotel should be better than my previous hotel in many ways, but I still like my budget friendly experience in another chain. This hotel M has a nice facade. Service is ok. Room is alright. Bed is a bit hard. Hanger is broken. Ac is great. Shower pressure not bad. Overall a good stay.

The hotel itself is not bad at all, it's clean and basic, quite good value for money. The problem however is that it's specified that both Chinese and English are spoken at the front desk, and this was the main reason why I chose it, to have the certainty that I would have been able to communicate in some way whether my Chinese wasn't enough. It was a lie, none speaks English at the front desk and they don't do not even the smallest effort to help you or to try to translate.
I am quite disappointed.

Location!
Loved my stay here! The staff were amazing- especially the front desk, who helped store my packages. The location is fantastic, with so many food options nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!
