非常糟糕！又踩雷一家偽三鑽酒店，攜程多長點心吧！
交通：距白雲機場車程約8-10分鐘，酒店提供免費接送服務（簡陋麪包車），但是服務響應相當慢，在機場等了15-20分鐘。
服務：前台服務能力和態度都較差，選了免費升房一問先是不知道，再問升了一件廁所門壞了的商務雙床房，再三要求下才不情不願的換了（所謂的）“豪華”雙床房
設施：酒店改造自農村自建房，前台和走廊都非常狹小，房間隔音約等於無，房內設施殘破不堪，床頭插頭甚至是壞的無法使用。房間沒有做到基本的乾濕分離，更離譜的是花灑全是壞的，差到不能再差。
再次，建議攜程嚴查評分體系，一而再再而三放錯酒店鑽級，最終會讓星鑽體系崩塌！

挺不錯的，房間挺大，也比較乾淨，洗澡熱水很快就出，免費接送機，有點小問題是空調有點老舊，有很大的雜音。其他都還可以。

房東很熱情，首先這家並非真的酒店，是民用住宅改裝的，床是舒服的，但是被子有污跡，隔音真的挺差的，雖然這樣，但服務還是非常好，有送機第二天可以送去機場或者地鐵站，如果是中轉機，還是非常推薦的畢竟才幾十塊

誰家退房時間安排的是當天11點半的，別的酒店都是下午18點，13點退的就不給退了，錢白花了

該酒店根本不提供機場接機，我在22:16抵達機場 給他們連打四個電話都打不通，沒人接 我因為太疲憊，及時重新定了酒店，另一個酒店的接送車一分鐘就到了，但是該酒店一直拒絕取消。這種酒店千萬不要再定 我已經投訴至12315.等候結果
