The service was very poor. On the first day, the Wi-Fi was unavailable. We had booked two special rooms with massage mattress facilities, the mattresses were not working. When I contacted the reception, they sent someone to fix it, but despite his efforts, it still didn’t work. We paid extra for the massage mattresses, yet they didn’t function, and we ended up wasting over 500 yuan. We could have booked regular rooms for a lower price. Very disappointed with the overall experience.

The location is good next to main road. The hotel, is new ly renovated and very clean. Services are good and help quickly with our requests. Many food and shops around this hotel. Would recommend.
