Vienna Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun Airport Zhongluotan)

The air conditioner was not cool, and it was like sleeping next to the stove after turning it on for an hour and a half, with sweat all over my back. Later, I asked to change the room, but it was still not cool. (It turned out that all the rooms were air-conditioned and not cool.) The staff added a fan. The weather was 37 degrees, and I spent a night without a quilt. I specially booked a large business room for comfort, but the experience was very poor. Many large trucks drove by on the road after one o'clock in the morning. It was noisy and the sheets were old and had holes. The supporting facilities of the room booked for 355 yuan cannot keep up, and the loss is still a national famous brand chain. It stinks up the brand. I will not live in Vienna in the future.

The carpet has probably not been cleaned since it opened. I don’t mean it has not been vacuumed, but it has not been washed with a carpet cleaner. The carpet is really dirty. If it’s not at night, I definitely won’t live there.

環境： 在竹料地鐵站附近，出行方便。開車的話有免費停車，位置很多，不用擔心沒車位。 設施： 房間很大，維也納也是連鎖品牌，值得信賴。晚上休息也很安靜，不會吵。 服務： 服務很好，很貼心，辦理入住、退房都很絲滑。

酒店還行，也是連鎖酒店，可以放心

酒店前台服務非常熱情 尤其是一個姓陳的小姐姐 我初來乍到 也為我很貼心的介紹了周邊的吃喝玩樂 非常熱情 讓我感覺到這個城市的友好 下次還來

晚上吵，最無語的是入住時，前台問升不升級，升級後可以帶窗且更安靜。為了明天考試，我最終選擇了升級。結果，隔音很差，深夜一兩點還有人在唱卡拉OK，十分影響人，無語了（ー_ー）!!

第一次給差評，自問對住酒店的包容性不低，第一間房間製冷不好，換一間不製冷，再換一間從慶幸製冷可以到凌晨兩點熱醒發現空調又罷工了，一番操作後停了開開了停，慶幸凌晨4點後正常到7點，能讓我睡3小時，如果不是小孩都睡了，半夜我都立馬走人。
