Regarding the room facilities and the malfunctioning washing machine: We have arranged for staff to immediately inspect and repair the washing machine and conducted a comprehensive inventory of old facilities in the room. Regarding the inability to deliver takeout upstairs: Due to community/building security management requirements, we are temporarily unable to provide takeout delivery service. We have set up a takeout storage area at the front desk and assigned someone to remind you.
