房間地上全是水積，打開房門一股味道，洗手盤排水系統沒有阻隔氣味，難聞，房間設施一般，洗漱用品存在套路，難怪要收壓金100，一次性毛巾原來是要收費的，包裝上也沒註明有償使用，一般別的酒店一次性的都是免費提供的，幸好我自帶有毛巾，否則又被套路了，總結一下，但凡平台上訂房，會員免壓金的，但到店卻收取不等的壓金，基本上都會有套路，各位住客要小心又小心，幸好我沒打開歐時快捷酒店的一次性毛巾，要不然打開了就被坑了，收取十五元，這不是多少錢的問題，問題是酒店應該註明一下，或者在包裝上明顯標示為收費一次性毛巾，什麼都沒標示，這分明是套路深。

晚上八點多入住，前台告知第二天兩點退房，進入後，房間很小，就是隔間，非常不隔音，旁邊説話都能聽到，裏面衞生很差，是非常差，有蚊子，氣味很難聞，更過分的是，第二天12點52分前台打電話威脅説趕緊退房，1點前不退房交罰款半天的房費，第一次住酒店被威脅，酒店服務一級棒啊。不會再來了，第二天胳膊上長了很多斑點，再也不來了，受不了了。

再也不去了，預訂了7天，24號天有事不需繼續入住，22號跟酒店前台説明瞭情況，酒店前台工作人員説23號下午2點前退就可以了，最後一天不用扣錢，我23號中午1點10分就退房去上課了，結果回到卻説要扣錢，還是説23號我是下午3點多才退的房，當天他們酒店1點多到3點打了幾個電話給我，我沒接，3點多下課才回復他們電話的，他們問我是否退房，我當時都蒙了，明明1點10分就把房卡給回他們了説了退房，現在居然以這個電話為記錄説我3點多才退房的，一定要收我酒店費用。後面還是找攜程客服幫忙處理找他們經理，就説是新員工操作問題，讓我把房費留在那邊下次再去住一天，我肯定不願意啦。這樣誰還敢去住啊。要是我沒有問過酒店工作人員那就是我的問題，但是我都跟酒店前台確認過，退房時間也是冤枉我3點多退房，這樣酒店誰敢去，出了問題就説是新員工，還好有攜程幫忙處理退回來一天房費。
