The hotel is at an amazing location with Taojin metro station just down stairs. It has great view from 50th floor and also the reception was very nice.

The room was spacious, very clean, and well-equipped. Thumbs up! I'll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends next time. It's so worth it, it can easily accommodate six people, even eight!

The room was spacious enough for a family of 3 or 4, but everything felt rather old and worn out. The wifi didn’t work at first, the toilet was leaking, the lamp was broken, and the TV wouldn't turn on. To top it off, two 🪳 greeted us when we entered the room. The only issue that was resolved after we reported it was the wifi. The lift was painfully slow as well. On the bright side, the location was excellent - just 1 min walk to Taojin Station with an escalator at the exit, and about 10-15 mins on foot to local eateries and shopping centres.

I am stay 45 floor . Room very big size. View 👌👌👌👌. But room very old . But very very clean . Microwave refrigerator washing machine . Everything clean . Cleaning staff helpful . Lift very fast . No need wasting time long. Metro station 30 metre . 7 eleven 20 meter

This property seems to be very popular with foreigners who seemed sjngle men living there long term. The lift and the entrance of the property was crowded with such men. They were indeed minding their business but I felt like I was out of place among them, staying with my family. The room wasn’t cleaned properly and had visible dust on the sheets and floors and stuffy smell in the apartment. I asked the cleaning crew outside to help with the cleaning but they said cleaning day is the next day. There was a lot of cigaret butts and other garbage near the lift area and on the corridor.

Very bad room, room is very big location also OK, but bathroom very bad smell come you will get vomit and main door not good last 7 year I am coming to this apartment, I may not book this apartment from my next trip

I have stayed in this apartment building before but this time was the worst. The apartment is clean and wifi works but the bed is hard as a monks bed and the window sealants have degraded so street noise and cold air comes in at night. However, the major problem is the Muslim traders who bring in empty suitcases to fill with Chinese goods to take home. They clog the elevators, smoke in the hallways, slam doors, and speak loudly until all hours. They have zero respect for others. Do not stay in this complex unless you can put up with this.
