I've stayed here twice already, once for a business trip with my husband and once for a layover in Guangzhou. The airport shuttle service is very convenient and punctual. The hotel service is great, making it an excellent choice for a layover. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Facilities: New, it's a new hotel. Cleanliness: Good. Environment: Beautiful with a nice ambiance. Service: Attentive and thoughtful! Very good and patient. A must-have for layovers, but the airplane noise is too loud. Couldn't sleep soundly. Enjoy the mini-bar with consecutive stays. Overall, I give it full marks 💯! I've stayed here many times! It's a stress-free 10-minute ride to the airport!

They offer airport shuttle service, and it's not some outsourced bus company; it's the hotel's own mini-bus. They'll even pick you up if you're traveling solo. The hotel environment is also very good. I had an early flight at 6 AM, and breakfast only started at 6:30 AM, but the front desk prepared bread and milk for me. Excellent service!

Even though it's close to the airport, the rooms are really quiet and clean. The service was excellent; they even helped arrange for my forgotten item to be sent back. I highly recommend it if you need a place to stay during a layover. There's an hourly shuttle, and the front desk will help you book it in advance based on your flight schedule.

Upon checking in, I found that both dental kits in the drawer had been opened, and only toothpaste was inside, no toothbrushes. I scanned the QR code later, and a robot delivered one. On the first night, after visiting Canton Tower, I made my own way to the hotel, but the subway doesn't go directly there; I had to transfer to a bus. The next day, I booked an airport transfer, which was quite convenient. The value for money is pretty good. For general sightseeing, the location isn't very convenient. However, if you're staying for an early flight or a layover, it's quite convenient as the hotel offers airport shuttle services.
