Gionee Light Guangzhou Beijing Road Pedestrian Street

Location- Excellent location. many eateries and shops. Very near about 300m from subway station (mostly sheltered). Very easy to find. Easy to get Di Di too.  Rooms - Good size, clean and smoke smell free. Am very sensitive to smoke and dust, so took a long time to settle on this hotel and informed the hotel beforehand. It did not disappoint.  I did not smell any smoke in the room or at lobby which is unusual in China. Room was well cleaned daily. Love the shower water pressure, the comfortable bed and the foam and memory pillows.  Only 2 things to improve - another mirror/make up mirror beside the one at the sink - Aircon seems to be centralised, unable to adjust to the set temp so was cold but their good blanket helped. .  Staff - polite and helpful. Check in and out was swift. Others - Water and soft drink were refilled for free every day. Coffee machine at lobby. Gym, washer and dryer on another floor shared with Mercure Hotel in the same building.

Very conveniently located in the heart of Beijing Road. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They helped with everything despite the slight language barrier— even helped me order something from ******* because I don’t have a chinese mobile phone number. Rooms are spacious and there’s a free laundry area included. Will definitely come back and recommend this place to friends and family!☺️

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the hotel. Everything was modern, spotless and location was great. The staff at front desk was very helpful.

The location is super convenient, is in the heart of Beijing Road Pedestrian street. Room has simple amenities, layout is quite big. Reception staffs are friendly and helpful. They have also upgraded our room. Will stay again if I come Guangzhou again.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Gionee in Guangzhou. The service was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to help ensure that my parcel arrived on time. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a great impression. The hotel is in a very convenient central location, making it easy to get around Guangzhou. The room was clean and well maintained throughout my stay. I also appreciated that the staff added is on WeChat to check on my stay and promptly ensured that any requests, such as additional toiletries, were taken care of. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping the room spotless. The only minor issue was that the bathroom floor has a cement finish, which can make it look slightly dirty even though it was clean. Aside from that, the overall cleanliness of the room was excellent. The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable rates, excellent service, and convenient location. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Guangzhou and would highly recommend it to my friends and anyone visiting the city.

The Hotel Gionee Light is central and is on Beijing Luo pedestrian street. The rooms are great with good table and desk for doing some work on laptop. The food in Guangzhou is great with great local food like char siew and light soya sauce chicken Did the xpeng flight area with innovation - was very good People with very nice and helpful !!! When to 2 Catholic Church here in Guangzhou Mass is in Chinese

Great location near Tee Mall Beijing Lu. Interesting stores in the mall including a bookshop. Free laundry service and good service at the reception.

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is superb—situated right next to a shopping mall, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. Public transportation is also easily accessible, which made getting around hassle-free. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Convenient! Beijing Lu pedestrian street is just across the street. And Teemall is behind the hotel where popular restaurants can be found. Easy to get didi. Booked the queen sized room which is spacious and clean. Free soft drinks in the room which can be topped up.
