The hotel room is big and clean. Good enough for two big luggage. The staff is very friendly and helpful to guide us through everything we ask. Location is not convenient if you are taking train. But if you take bullet train this is the right choice to stay. It just 8-10 min away from the bullet train station. Highly recommend if you want to visit others place in china. This is the right one to choose.

Front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. My son and I had a very comfortable stay while we were in Guangzhou for a sport tournament. The room was very clean and modern.

Very clean and modern hotel. The staffs at receptionist counter are very friendly and answered all our questions patiently.
There was a plate of welcoming fruits in the room and the drinks in the mini bar are all free for our enjoyment. I even received a gift from the counter upon checking out.
Even though the buffet breakfast served from 630am, but the restaurant already opened for the customers when we reached there before 630am. The staffs gave us some containers to pack our food as we are rushing for the morning train. All the staffs there are very thoughtful and friendly.

Very good. Little far from Guangzhou south high-speed speed rail. Around 20 min walk from shibi.

Very nice hotel close to Guangzhou South station. The breakfast is very good. Ruby Lai at the front desk was very helpful to me in many ways. I stay at many hotels in China but her service was the best I have experienced.

The service is very super excellent. Desk service staff are so very helpful polite abd friendly. In particular I like to thank Yin Cong ( hope it currect name) who extended help with directions to MTR and places of visit. Overall pleasant stay although location is a little out

We just checked out the hotel. Got an extended stay as our train’s departure is at 5:30pm. We have to say this is a great hotel, it’s new and clean with everything you need and a great location. The staff are excellent, they pay attention to every detail. We totally enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this hidden treasure to anyone!
