the rooms are large and spacious however with windows that look into other rooms and the hotel being tucked away down the side of a road theres much left to be desired, the hotel breakfast which we had to pay for was lackluster and unenjoyable, despite this the overall package was affordable and I would consider staying again.

The inside environment is very clean. Outside, there is an unpleasant smell. There were mice running around. Compared to the breakfast options, there are fewer choices.

Location is next to port and when you exit the MRT station/hotel, the smell is strong. It’s really convenient though. The room is equipped with latest tech, really easy to use. And it comes with washer and dryer, really nice. If the room can have more storage space, or hanging spaces for clothes will be better.

I’ve stayed in many hotels throughout China, and this is truly one of the best. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the subway, making it very convenient for getting around.
The food was also very good. I believe breakfast could be improved slightly with a few more small additions, but overall it was satisfying.
What impressed me most was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone, including TJ, the cleaners, and the housekeeping supervisor, was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist us, even taking the time to find answers when they didn’t immediately know something. It felt like they genuinely cared and treated the hotel as their own.
I stayed on the fifth floor for more than ten days, and I’m very grateful for the warm hospitality. Thank you to everyone for making my stay so pleasant.

We enjoyed our stay in this strategic location, opposite the Shamian Island, and nearby the wholesaler shops selling dried foodstuffs, electronics and clothing, etc.
The room was spacious with modern remote control bidet facility.
Buffet breakfast has variety choices.
Supper provided was an added advantage.
Staffs were super helpful and friendly, always ready to serve.
Washing machine facility is an added advantage too.

Breakfast is terrible, nothing to eat as shown on the photo. No refill even the food is over. Complained with front desk with bad attitude response, and even let you go bad comment in the platform. Very terrible hotel and NEVER stay again.
