The front desk staff were all super friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel's location is really convenient with plenty of food options and shops right downstairs, and the pedestrian street is just a few steps away. This is my second time staying here, and I'll definitely be back again.

We had a really good service from CC, really friendly, and helpful. The rooms are clean right downtown really good location. Good air-conditioning just a perfect not too expensive place. We were even unable to do our laundry included.

We had a wonderful stay at Sigalo Hotel Guangzhou. We arrived very late at night, around 4:00 AM, and the front desk receptionist had kindly checked with us beforehand regarding our arrival time. They were patiently waiting for our check-in and welcomed the three of us with a warm smile, friendly attitude, and highly professional service despite the late hour. The hotel’s location is also excellent, with plenty of eateries, convenience stores, shopping areas, and metro stations nearby. The popular pedestrian streets are within walking distance, making it very convenient for guests to explore Guangzhou and enjoy the local food and attractions. We also requested a late check-out due to our midnight flight, and the reception team kindly accommodated our request, which made our journey much more comfortable and stress-free. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at Sigalo Hotel Guangzhou. The great hospitality, convenient location, and attentive service made our experience memorable. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Guangzhou. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant!

Location is superb, right beside Metro and opposite is the Beijing Road. Services is very friendly, helpful. Room is clean and we have our pleasant stay.

The hotel is right outside Exit A1 of Beijing Road subway station, and right next to Beijing Road itself, which is incredibly convenient. The environment is great, very clean, and the front desk staff are really welcoming. The washing machines and dryers are a huge plus. I'll definitely be back next time!

The hotel's location is excellent, right by Exit A of Beijing Road subway station. It's super convenient for getting to Beijing Road and the Pearl River Ferry Terminal. However, the rooms are a bit small and the facilities are just average. It's suitable for a short stay or a quick rest.

The room was impeccably clean, the bedding was soft and cozy, and the soundproofing was excellent. The hotel environment is clean and grand. It's surrounded by plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. The complimentary upgrade was a huge plus!
