I was served by a very helpful and kind customer service officer. She was very patience and explained to me the free shuttle service to and from airport. During check out I was served by the hotel General manager (they call him Tien Chang in mandarin). He was very kind and helpful. Upon seeing we have 6 pieces of luggages he immediately offered to arrange a free shuttle van to send us to the airport in the evening. Our flight is 4am. We checked out at 10am stored our luggages in the hotel. The general manager had gone the extra mile to give us the free shuttle service in the evening which is not included in our booking. Than you Tien Chang. The hotel location is excellent next to Mcdonald and lots of eatery outlets. Hotel is surrounded by all types of shop. And the is only a short distance from the Metro station Exit C2 which is the only exit with escalator. So it is convenient for travellers with heavy luggage.

The hotel is superb. The owner of the hotel is always ready to help. He speaks very good English and always ready to help. Thanks a lot Jack for your kind help. I really appreciate it. Whenever I will come to Guanzhou I will stay in this hotel only.

The location of this hotel is very good which is just outside Renhe Metro Station. The reception was very nice and kind to provide me with suggestions where I could have unforgetable dinner. There is a big shopping mall just opposite to the hotel and I could walk around in the mall and there was variaty of restaurant that I could choose for dinner.
The room is very nice and clean.
