The hotel offers free self-service laundry and drying facilities, which was super convenient for washing clothes while traveling – a real time and money saver. The food was excellent, clean, and delicious, making meals very enjoyable. What touched me the most was the staff's honest and warm gesture. After checking out, I accidentally left some personal belongings behind. The hotel staff proactively called me to inform me about the lost items and patiently explained how they would be kept safe until I could pick them up. Their attitude throughout was gentle and responsible, truly showing their meticulous and reliable service. Details reveal character, and service shows sincerity. Both the hardware facilities and the humanistic service are impeccable. I will definitely prioritize this Atour for my next trip and highly recommend it to everyone!

Stayed for one night and the service was excellent. They even delivered my laundry back to the room. The customer service and hygiene were great, no strange odors. The hotel's location is good, very close to the train station and also near Chimelong. Many parents bring their children to stay here. They also offer free shuttle services to places like Chimelong, which I only found out about later. They also provide free transfers to the South Station.

The service was warm and attentive, and the facilities were comprehensive. There's a wireless charging pad by the bed, and in the evening, they offer porridge and xiaolongbao... There's a shuttle service, and before we left, they even gave us water and helped us call a taxi (we didn't have a car). The service was excellent. If you can't go down for breakfast in the morning, the front desk can deliver it to your door. For laundry, you can put your clothes in the hotel-provided bag, hang it on your door, call the front desk, and they'll wash it for you. After washing, they'll hang it back on your door and call you to let you know. The hygiene was also very good. Every time we returned from our outings and saw how clean the hotel was, it put us in a good mood. The hotel also has a mini-fridge, so you can store food items in it. The bed was very comfortable; I slept soundly until morning. The curtains had excellent blackout, preventing any light from coming through, which was great for someone with insomnia.
